Hi everyone,

I am new to the whole Access thing and I have been trawling for hours trying
to find a solution, but to no avail. Hopefully someone here can assist me.
It's a bit longwinded so I shall try and make it as simple as possible.

I have been asked to produce a report from a stock database which does the
following:

1. Shows a summary of only the Stock, Product and Country of Origin fields
(is the summary simply displaying only the 3 fields required or something
more...)

2. Performs a count for the number of products from each country (the list
has over 30 countries and was wondering if there is an easy way to input the
country names into the count function rather than doing it manually which
will take a long time. I have been using the SUM ABS function and that
started to work for me but as I have said, I had to input the country names
manually and gave up)

3. I have to calculate the Sum of the number of items per country

I hope that this makes sense and that someone can make my life a little
easier!
