A2003.

Is there a way to limit the user's choice of printer for a given report?  I
want the only option in the printer list to be "Adobe PDF", is this
possible?

Thanks.

Keith.

You can assign a specific printer to a report by using the
File - Page Setup - Page menu item.

However, if that printer is unavailable, you will not be
able to open the report, even in design view.

Thanks Marsh. Unfortunately the user can still change the printer in the
print dialog box.

How are they doing that?  If it's using a menu/toolbar, then
I suggest that you need to create custom menu/toobars to
only allow option that you want users to exercise.
