error message when opening a subreport

I am getting this error message when opening a report. Can someone tell me
what I need to do so it will let me open it.

"You don't have the license required to use this ActiveX Control
You tried to open a form containing an OLE object or an ActiveX control."

I have been able to open this form in the past and now I am getting this
message.

Any ideas?

What version of Access and What version of Windows?

I have Access 2003 and Windows 2000.
