I created a FORM that I would now like as a REPORT.  Is there anyway to COPY
it into a REPORT?  If so, how?

With the form selected in the database window: File | Save As ... and select
Report from the dropdown box.  You'll probably need to do some tidying-up of
the report in design mode, but it's an easy way to start.
