Report Question

All,

I have a report which is currently sorted by a numerical field, i.e. 1,2,3,
& 4, as in a priority ranking.  Is anyone aware of an option that will enable
me to show only my priority 1,2, & 3s; essentially, excluding the 4s from the
report?  I would be much appreciative for any guidance.

How are you opening the report? If you're using DoCmd.OpenReport from within
VBA code, you can add a WhereCondition parameter to the OpenReport call to
limit the priority:

   DoCmd.OpenReport "report name", , , "[priority field] < 4"
