Hello All:

In a report with three columns is it possible to print the labels for each
field only for one column. Namely the column on the left side of the printed
report.

I would like to just print the field data in the second and third column.

Thanks for any assisstance.

Not sure if that what you mean, you can select the lable that you don't want
(click with the mouse on it) and then press Delete.

Hello Ofer:

I am trying to print a report that has three vertical columns of records
with only one list of vertical field labels on the left side of the page.
There are thirty fields in the report.

When I print preview the report it correctly displays three different
vertical records. The problem is it also displays the field label with all
three records. I would like to have just one set of field labels printed on
the left side of the three records.

                          Column1                   Column2
   Column3

Field Label1                   Record1                    Record2
         Record3
Field Label2
Field Label3
Etc.

30 fields labels
vertically.

I would like the report to print in this format all the time without having
to delete the extra labels each time. The desing view of the form only shows
on vertical column of labels and one vertical column for one record.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
