When I export a report that I have some of my fields are being truncated.
The fields being truncated are memo fields, but it is truncating to less than
200 characters. Can anything be done to prevent this from happening? Is
there a limit on what can be exported to Excel? Some of my records will have
over 255 characters, am I lost if I want these to be exported?
Thanks!!

This is a common question. Try a Google search on the
microsoft.public.access.* groups for "export excel memo" and you'll get lots
of possible answers. One pretty comprehensive reply is at (watch for link
splitting):

Binder,
Did you find a suitable solution? I have the same problem and all the roads
in my research lead to a deadend. It appears exporting reports to Excel with
memo fields do not work and will never work. The only solution is to export a
table or query. Not cool for the users of the report.
