Can I put in reports values in controls, like a textbox, from the form used
to summon the report? Thanks, Chay

Not really, no.  Since the values won't change throughout
the report, you could set the text box values in the Format
event of any section that does not appear after the section
containing the text box you want ot set.

OTOH, If the form is always open when the report runs, you
can put the values in hidden text boxes on the form.  Then
the report text boxes can display the values by using
expressions like:
    =Forms!theform.sometextbox
