Is there a method to put a PDF file into a report like you can do with an
image?

There is an image select in Acrobat that will allow you to select a
rectangular area that you can paste into any paint program or even
Word if you want...you may even be able to paste into Access.  If it
is a lengthy report, I think the better option would be to create a
link to that file on a common drive.
