I have deleted fields that were used in a report. Now every time I try and
open the report I get asked to "Enter Parameter Value" for the deleted field.
Help says to refresh the field list in the toolbar. However that does not
exsist.

HELP!!

You may have deleted those field, but somewhere in the report there is
still a reference to it.
The usual place that people forget to look is the report's Sorting and
Grouping dialo... View + Sorting and Grouping.
