Conditional Formatting

I can not get conditional formatting to work..

Have 3 TEXT FIELDS that are currently bordered... I want the border cleared
if one of the fields meets a certain text requirement... Or I want all
"cells" shaded if that requirement is met... I would prefer to have the
borders cleared, but shading is 2nd choice.
