Where is the field list toolbar

I have added fields to the table a report is built on that needs to be
updated. Help says "Click Refresh on the field list toolbar". I can't find
the field list toolbar.

As far as I know, that would be the field list toolbar for an Data Access
Page. Is that what you are using?
