Report based on Query asking for every field

Hello,

I have designed a report based on a query ... >=[Enter Date].  This is to
select only records for the report beginning with a certain date.

When I run the report, I do get the popup to enter the beginning date.
However after entering that, I am being asked to enter criteria for EVERY
field in the database.  How can I correct this?
