My report contains about 6 sub reports.  However when I preview the report it
shows the 2 pages correctly but then repeats these pages over so that I end
up with an 8 page report - the first 2 pages repeating over and over.  I have
checked all sub reports to make sure there are no header, footers etc.

Make sure your main report does not contain the same level of detail as your
subreports. For instance if your subreport contains Order Details, then
don't include Order Details in your main report.
