Dear all,

Access has built-in function to export report into Excel.
But for report which has grouping, the result is messed.
Is there any better solution for exporting report to Excel ?
Thanks.

You can create a command button which links with a select query.  Whenever a
user clicks on the button, it will run the query and export the info into
Excel.

AccessHelp,

I have the same question.

If I add a command button to a report, I can't click it because the
cursor is a magnifying glass to zoom in and out.

Are you suggesting that we add a command button to a form rather than a
report?

Thanks for the help,

Josh Blair

Yes.  Then name your command button so that the users know what it's for.
