Missing data when exporting to Word

I need to permanently save a report on a weekly basis (no overwriting of
previous reports) in a format other than Access.  When I try to export to
HTML or Word (rtf), all that's displayed is the Report Header and Page
Footer... no data.  I read something in the discussions about "lines" causing
problems, so I deleted all the lines in the report, but the data is still not
displayed.

Exporting to Excel works fine (keeps the data), but I wanted to explore the
other export options.

What am I doing wrong?  Also, would you recommend one format over another
for this type of archiving?
Thanks.
Diane

My mistake.  I deleted all the horizontal lines, but not the vertical.  When
I deleted the vertical lines, the data did come across when I exported. I
haven't tried converting all the lines to rectangles yet, but hopefully that
will work.
