MS Access Forum / Reports / Printing / January 2006Snapshot report
Hi, I've exported an Microsoft Access report in a Snapshot format and I sent this .snp file by email. All of the user has got the Snapshot Viewer (version 10.0) but some user tell me that he can see only the header of the report and the other part of the document is a blank page. It seems that Snapshot Viewer don't "read" the records but only the header part of the file ... Doc. ITA: Ciao a tutti Ho esportato un report di Access in formato Snapshot e l'ho mandato via email. Ogni utente ha lo Snapshot viewer (versione 10.0) ma alcuni utenti lamerntano che nell'anteprima (e nella stampa) viene visualizzata solo l'intestazione del foglio e non il resto delle righe. Sembra che il programma veda solamente l'intestazione e non i record contenuti nel documento. Qualche consiglio? Doc. UP! Does it happen with all (or at least other) files? Have they tried reinstalling the viewer?  SignatureI don't check the Email account attached to this message. Send instead to... The file can't be corrupt because other user view the file and the installation I hope is correct (they've only to download and run ... too difficult? ^_^) Alternatively: another type of document that can't be modified? Just as in Access the Snapshot Viewer uses the default printer driver to render the image. I would have the user try different printer drivers as their default to see if that makes a difference. If it does installing a new version of the their usual default printer driver might fix it. SignatureI don't check the Email account attached to this message. Send instead to...
