I have a report with a "subreport", they both run off of separate queries
(Exchange_Query & Total_Query).  Both queries need dates entered (start date
and end date on both).  When I run the report that includes both queries
Access asks for the date frame 3 times to view and 3 more times to print.

You should move beyond the simple parameter prompts in
queries and use a form for users to specify the quer's
criteria.

Create a new form and add two unbound text boxes and a
button to open the report.

The query's criteria would then be like:
    Forms!theform.txtStartDate
instead of your current [EnterStart Date]
