The left margin is always 2.5 inches...what can be done about this.

Yes, I posted a simular message...I got no replies and need an answer.

When is the left margin always 2.5 inches?
- Every time that you run a report?
- Every time that you try to modify the same report?
- Every time that you try to create a new report?

Whenever I create an Access report in "Portrait" when I look at the page
setup, the bottom margin is set to 2.5 inches all other margins are 1 inch. I
can change all margins but the bottom. That's fine.

When I create an Access report in "Landscape" when I look at the page setup,
the left margin is set to 2.5 inches all other margins are 1 inch. I can
change all margins except the left margin. This totally messes up my report.

I'm using Access 2002

I am surprised the bottom switches to the "left" margin. Are you sure it's
not really the other left (right margin)? Not being able to set margins is
often determined by the printer you are using. Have you tried defining a
different default printer?
