Slow running report

I have one report that when generated, runs very slow.  I have other reports
with similar data (just in a different format) that work just fine.  The slow
running report is a price proposal and contains a great deal of text on it.
It's about a 1 1/2 pages of contract related "fine print" which I entered
onto the report footer as labels.  Would this slow down a report
dramatically?  Is there a better way to do this, such as importing from a
Word document?  Is there a way to evaluate if a specific report can run
faster, use less space, etc.?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I suspect your printer as the weak link. It cannot print the small fonts
without a lot of recalibration.  True Type fonts can consume a lot of system
rescouses.
