My reports will not print out check boxes.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like your printer does not support them, or the driver is not correct
for your printer.  Can you print a Windows test page and get all the
graphics?  Can you print the special characters in another program, like
Word?

Thanks for your reply, Rick.  I can get special shapes printed from Word but
I don't see any graphics, only text, on the Windows XP Test Page.  I tried
setting the printer to the highest quality but this didn't work.  I went
though the printer troubleshooting routine and still couldn't get the problem
resolved.  So, it could be a limitation of my printer/printer driver, which
is a 2-3 year old HP psc 750.

Rick,

I drew some small check boxes about 1/4" square in Word and had no trouble
printing them out.  It looks as if the printer is OK but there must be
something associated with Access that is causing the problem.  It's a
complete mystery to me.

Rick,

I solved the problem.  Evidently for small graphics, the printer setup has
to be set to the highest quality settings.  I had it set to draft quality and
it should at least be Normal.  Also, for the advanced setting I set the
printer to Greyscale, High Quality.  Hope this helps anyone else experiencing
this problem.
