highlight a part of text

Hi,
I have a textbox on my report linked to a memo field.
Is it possible to highlight the "?" inside the text on the report for this
memo field?

No. You cannot format some text differently than other parts in the same
text box.

If this is an important requirement, you could consider getting a rich text
box:
