Hi there,

An Access app produces a few reports that include the company logo as bmp
picture. A couple of users see an incomplete pic/logo on their screen )print
preview of the report) as well as when printing it. I don't seem to be able
to reproduce the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance,

If the logo does not appear at all, I had a similar situation.   First of
all, be sure the logo is "embedded" on the report instead of just "linked".
Next, remove any path information with the picture name.   For example,
instead of something like C:\common\company images\logo.jpg   ...   shorten
it to just logo.jpg
The problem is that the user may not have logo.jpg stored on his computer in
the same folder, or it may not even be there at all.
