Use MS ACCESS 2003. Use also VB in the different "Groups".
Want to be able to export to file as well as generating the report itself,
to either Word, pdf or HTML. Is it possible to populate a template with the
extracted data from the Details group to either format , and export to one
file per record ?

You could use our batch reporting module to create multiple pdf files and
have your access interface do whatever else you want to do.

Thanks pal. I'll direct your advise to my sw-developer at work. He will be
able to evaluate the virtues of your program better than I can. We'll take it
from there.

Our PDF and Mail Library for Access supports automatically outputting
reports from some of the most popular PDF drivers to files of your choosing,
with filters, bookmarks etc. Stop by our web and look in the developer
tools section.
