Hello,
Im trying to graph the results of a cross tab query in Access 2k3 and I
would like there to also be a total line in the data table of the graph. I am
able to get the query to return the total but for the graph (type = stacked
bar), i would like the total to just appear in the data table and not on the
graph.  I know this can be done in EXCEL but how can it be done in access?

thanks for any and all help!  below are sample results from the query and
the data table:

query results:
Category    Total    2001   2002   2003
cat1           12       6         5        1
cat2           10       0         5        5
cat3           30       15       10      5

graph data table (remember I dont want the 'total' graphed)
               cat1     cat2     cat3
2003         1         5         5
2002         5         5         10
2001         6         0         15
Total        12        10       30      <-- I dont want this to be in the
graph but i need it in the data table.

Thanks again for any help!

I would not include the data table in the graph. Consider using a simple
subreport which would allow you to add report totals.
