Hi,

I am having an unusual issue.  I did the label wizard to create some name
badges.  I used the label number 5384 from the list of labels which is based
on a query.  The query has about 200 records and has fields such as
FirstName, LastName, Title, and Forum.  Whenever I go to view the labels all
of the information is blank.  The data appears in design view but not in
print view.  I have tried changing Font Sizes and colors but it is still
blank.  Can someone help?

Thanks,

Do you see more than one "blank" page? Does your report record source
actually return records? Is there a Filter on the report?

Duane,

Thanks for your help.  My report is 27 pages.  The first 15 1/2 are blank
for some reason.  I have it sorted by Name.  I can't figure out why there are
so many blanks.  I used the wizard so I didn't create any kind of filter.

Thanks,

Are the final pages what you would expect? If you open the report's record
source query do you see what you expect?
