I'm trying to export complex crosstab reports designed in Access 2003 to tab
delimited text file, so that the resulting text file can be used later to
import in Excel for manipulation. By using Access report Export facility I
could only export report to space delimited Text file, which doesn't solve my
problem. How do I export report to Tab delimited format?

You can right-click your crosstab and choose to export. Select the proper
file type and set the delimiter to tab.

Thanks for your reply. But delimiter setting option doesn't appear during
report export. That is the exact problem I'm facing. The delimiter setting
option does appear in case of exporting Table/Query data to text format, but
it doesn't for report export.

Don't export the report. Export the query the report is based on.
