2 axis with different scales in PivotChart

I am trying to create a PivotChart in Access 2002 with 2 axis that each have
a different scale. One that scales from 0 to 100 and the other that scales
from 0 to 30,000. Any one know how to do this? I know how to do it in Excel
but can't figure it out in Access.

I forgot to mension that these are value axis.
