I am trying to make an envelope in reports.
I tried the trim function to make the words come together, that didn't work.
Now what?
I want everything to flow together like in MS Word.
Can anyone help????

Not sure what you mean.  Give us an example.

If you want to combine the City, state, zip, etc.  You'd use text boxes such
as...

=[FirstName] & " " & [LastName]
=[Address1]
=[Address2]
=[City] & ", " & [State] & "  " & [Zip]
