Access report transmittal question

Hi there,
I created an access report that gets run via a control button on a form. The
report list teacher information (extracurricular activities) and contains
checkboxes depending upon what activity they signed up for. Using behind the
scenes code I am transmitting the report to the individual as an e-mail
attachment. The acFormat command's value is set to .RTF. What's happening is
when I open the e-mail attachment my report's check boxes aren't displaying.
All I am getting is the person's basic name information. Does anyone know how
this problem can be corrected? I appreciate your help! THanks so much...

Try using snapshot format (*.snp), that is the only format that preserves
your original report's formatting,
