I am trying to create a report based on a query.  My report will not display
the entire content of the field whose type is 'Memo' with more than 255
characters. How do I get the report to display all the information in the
field.

Chance are the text is being truncated by the query , not the report.  The
exception to this would be if you are applying a format property to the
TextBox.  You can't do that and display an entire memo field.

In your query make sure you are not using DISTINCT or Grouping on the memo
field.

Also, you may want to double check, to make sure that the Can Grow
property for the text box didnt accidentally get changed to No
