On submitting a question I ususally  get an error message that says my post
failed and operations has been notified. The question disappears when it
doesn't go through, and then you have to type it all over again. I have not
been able ta get a question through to  Access/Reports at all. Trying again.

I have a requirement for an A' la carte report in which the user can select
the fields he wants to see, which I have done, via a form. It seems to me
that to use CreateReport and then format that whole thing in code will be a
pain. I guess I could make a bunch of reports and then just select one based
on which fields are chosen (phony wizard, all smoke and mirrors).

Any other suggestions or examples.

Alan Browne and I both responded to this question yesterday in this news
group. If you can't find it through the news group, try Google groups.
