A single record in a form to a report

I think I need to rephrase the question - 09 Oct 2004 14:41 GMT

I have a form with multiple records. When I get to a particular record, I
would like to send that record only to a report. When I try, it sends all
records to the report. I have seen it done but am unsure how it tos set it up.

Can anyone shed some light on how you can send a single records details to
be previewed in a report?
