convert replica to design master

I would like to move my design master to another location.
I first created a replica of it in that new location, then
planned to make that replica the master. I can't figure
out how to do this. What's the best way to move a design
master?

I had the same problem.  I clicked on tools, replication
then recover design master...it worked for me.
