You should be able to use this new replica.
Just make sure that if any data is in the bad .mdb file that you copy it
over.
it has happend about 10 times in the last 2 years.
We have about 25 users replicating.

I have tried to replicate existing data files as well as
completely removing the data files before replicating -
the result is the same: Error 3163. One strange thing I
have observed: if I delete the replica file on the target
and then copy the master files to the workstation (using
a share on the workstation and simple drag-and-drop), a
replica _is_ formed on the workstation and without any
errors!? Any takers?
