Office 2003 replication

Which version of Office 2003 do I need to purchase to
provide the 'Replication Manager' as in previous versions?
It seems that Office 2003 MOD edition is not available and
therefore what are my options?

You need Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Office, which includes
the Access Developer Extensions.
