Office 03 and Replication Manager

I've installed Office 2003 Pro and just installed the
Visual Studio Tools and I can't find the Replication
Manager anywhere.  Anybody know where it is?

Yeah, it's not part of Office 2003. (*I know, why not!?!*)
You have to get it from the Developer Edition of Office
2000 or Office 2002 (XP).
