I have text data in my table formated 11-11-11.  I want to change the "-" to
":" so the result will be 11:11:11.

Update YourTable Set YourTable.[FieldName] =
Replace([FieldName],"-",":")

UPDATE tablename
SET fieldname = Replace([fieldname], "-", ":")
WHERE fieldname LIKE "*-*-*";
