I have created a template used as a customer profile.  When typing data in
the form, the "saved words" move.

EX:  Name:  Jane Doe  Address: 111 Main.  In this example, when typing Jane
Doe, the saved word "address" moves when typing in data.

How can I save this template to keep the saved words from moving?

Are you using Access (a MS database project) or are you doing this in MS
WORD?

If you are using MS Word, please post to a word group.  This group is for
support of MS Access and you will get a better response if you use one of
the Word groups for support.
