Not sure how you found this one (there's several ways) but this *is* a
Microsoft forum and if you are determined enough you can find it on MS'
website.  However, since you've found it anyway, and presumably all the
other miscosoft.public.access newsgroups, there's no need to do battle with
the website, you will only find the exact same forums, and they are easier
to participate in with a newsreader rather than via the web.
