Hello,
Sorry I am not very good at explaining myself, but what you stated is
exactly what I want.
If I have 2 Smith's", I want to delete the Smith from the 1st table.
Once I deleted ALL the names I do not need, I want to import them into the
2nd table (the 1 I created)...
Thank you,
Charles L. Phillips

Charles
I may not have explained myself well. If you have two "Smith" entries, are
you quite certain that they are duplicates, and not actually representing
two different persons, each named "Smith"?
You can use the new query wizard to find unmatched values between two
tables. You could use this to find all the entries in Table1 that are not
in Table2. Then you could write a query to append these (the first query's
results) to Table2.
Or am I still not understanding?
