I can create envelopes from Access into Word, but only as a snap-shot. When I
update my database my envelopes do not update. Any ideas please? I am using
Office 2003.

You need to create a mail merge in MS Word.  The mail merge can do
envelopes.  All you need to do is use your Access DB as the data souce
for your mail merge.  Also, whenever you update your data, the changes
will be reflected in your mail merge.

Hope that helps!
