WE ARE A SMALL HOTEL BUT WE RECIEVE SENSATIVE EMAILS FROM TIME TO TIME.  I
WANT TO PASSWORD PROTECT THE EMAIL PROGRAM SO THAT ALL EMPLOYEES DON'T HAVE
ACCESS.  HOW CAN I DO THIS?

First, please turn off your caps lock.  It is very hard to read.

You have posted your question to a newsgroup for questions about building
queries in the database application, MS Access.  Your question does seem to
be related to database queries or Access.

Please post your question to a newsgroup related to your program.  In this
case, you do not even tell us what email application you are using, so I
can't really give you much guidance.  I would guess you are using Outlook or
Outlook Express.  There are several newsgroups for each of those
applications.  Just find the one that seems most related to your question.
and make sure to tell them what software you are using and what version.

Good Luck,
