AT MY DESKTOP YOU CAN SEE THE START, PROGRAMS CLOCK ETC. ALONG THE BOTTOM BUT
ONCE I OPEN UP EXCEL, WORD OR OUTLOOK MY TASKBAR NO LONGER APPEARS UNLESS I
GO BACK TO THE DESK TOP.  I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 2000 AND JUST STARTED HAVING
THIS PROBLEM.  I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE THE TASKBAR ALONG THE BOTTOM ON ALL
PROGRAMS THAT I OPEN LIKE IN THE PAST.

First, please turn off your caps lock.  It is very difficult to read.

Second, you are posting to an ACCESS newsgroup.  Your question does not
appear to be related to MS Access.  Access is a database application.

I would suggest you post your question in a WINDOWS newsgroup.
