Hi, I have set up a bunch of queries linked to a test data source. I now want
to change the data source to the live data source.
What are the steps that I need to follow in order to change the data source
(DSN)?

Since DSNs are a named source. I simply delete the old one and create a new
one with the same name, but a different path to the data.

Thanks Arvin, so there is nothing that is a simple method from within the
Excel that a standard user can re-set as I'm not always available to do as
you suggest?

You should only need to do it once for each unique DSN. A DSN is saved with
the extension .odc
Hunt them down on your machines and they should be easy to find and
configure.

Thanks Arvin. I have an .xla with a custom menu. I've just added into this
the ability to change DSN before creating query tables.
I do appreciate your help. :-)
