Hi
I have a database, which at the moment I export into excel to achieve my
goal.
I have a table of email addresses under the field heading "Email", from
which I want to select a random email address "For a monthly draw", is it
possible to do this from a query? if SO, could you please share your
knowledge.  If NOT, does anyone kow how this can be achieved?

Kind Regards

John

Thanks for the reply

I have tried this approach but cannot it to work.  Should I use this from a
form liked to the query or direct from a query. I need a bit more help here,
i'm not very good with VB or SQL.  I would like the result to be shown in a
dialogue box whenI click a commnd button, obviously this is done from a form
but I cannot get it right.

Regards

John
