I have added 2 new Functions as Modules, one works fine but the other gives
the following error when called "Undefined Function xyv in Expression"

Any ideas?

Any chance that you could post the functions so that we can see what they
do? Also, be sure that the names of the functions are not the same as the
names of any modules.
