I would like to thank you for your answer.

Datestamp <=Date()-90

Date(): isn't it the current date less 90, will it show me a bill dating
from 10-05-1994.

I would suggest you try it and see what results you get.

Based on the limited information in this posting, I would say the answer is
 YES, this will show a bill dating from 10-05-1994.
