I want to know if it is possible to reference the previous value in a field
when designing a query.

Query A:

Field1  Field2 Field3  Field4 ...
  .
  .
  .
XYZ     ABC    DEF    EXPR4: current record:Field2 + previous record:Field3

  .
  .
  .

If the data were:
  .
  .
1        2        3     18
4        5        6     ??

Then ?? would be 8
