Extract specific text from a column

I need help...I have a column in my query with five different names separate
with commas(,)...how can I extract one of those specific names? I thank you
in advanced for the help.

Do you expect us to understand what the result of the "extract" might be?
From your posting, I would suggest you open the table, find the name,
double-click it, and press Ctrl+X.
